Here’s everything you need to know to get your tickets sorted for our big day out!
Players Tickets
Cost: Free!
Order Required: Yes, each player needs a ticket.
How to Order: Send an email request to
PRESENTATIONS
This year, we have allocated each age group a time slot to receive their medals.
We ask that Team Managers gather their team and be ready & waiting 10mins prior to their presentation.
After your age group has finished presentations, team managers will direct you to an allocated area nearby for a quick team photo.
If you are unable to be there for your presentation, you can arrange to collect your medal from your Team Manager at a time that suits.
PRESENTATION SCHEDULE
10:30am – Under 8s & U10s
11:15am – Under 12s & U14s
12:05pm – Under 16s, 18s, 19s & 20s

12:50pm – 1:50pm SANTA
2pm – THANK YOU & SPECIAL AWARDS (All coaches & TMs to be present)
plus RAFFLE DRAWN!
FOOD
*A Sausage Sizzle will be provided on the day.
*No alcohol is allowed.
*No glass is allowed.
MERCHANDISE
*This year, we will have our Rebelz Merchandise stall.
We will have EFT available.

To Order Your Additional Funfield Tickets
Transfer $60.00 per ticket to the Mill Park Rebelz CBA bank account (details below).
Reference Format: Use “Funfields tix,” followed by your family name, e.g., “Funfields – SMITH, A&J (GRIGGS)”.
Format your email subject like this: “Funfields tickets – [Child’s Name, Team, Your Name]”
*Example*: “Funfields tickets – Amy SMITH (U10G4), Jordan SMITH (U14B6), Kylie GRIGGS (Parent)”
Write a brief note to Nicole, something like:
“Hi Nicole, Could I please order two players tickets for Amy and Jordan SMITH and one parent ticket for Kylie GRIGGS? Payment for the parent ticket has been made – please see attached proof of payment. Thanks, Kylie!”
Funfields Ticket Collection
Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, you’ll receive a QR code via email for each ticket. This QR code is your ticket to Funfields, so keep it handy and ready to scan at the gate!
Note: QR codes are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, so get your requests in early to avoid any last-minute rush!
