DVBA Autumn Season Junior 2027 Registration Details
All registrations to Rebelz Basketball Club MUST be done via the PlayHQ 2027 Autumn Season Junior Registration Form.
DVBA have included a new Player Transfer Form that is required to be filled in if you are transfering to or from another club with in the DVBA domestic competition.

FEE SUMMARY
DVBA Autumn 2027 Upfront full fee = $360.00 per player.
Plus an additional DVBA player levy fee via Play HQ $7.50
Basketball Victoria annual participant license fee:
$34.00 (0-17yrs Juniors) or $48.00 (Senior 18+).
Only required to be payed annually.
Fees are payable upfront on registration. Payment plans available and need to be in place before registering and a voucher code will be issued. Click on the Direct Debit button for details.

TEAM PLACEMENT
By registering; your child/ren will be held a position in a team for the DVBA Autumn 2027 season
Current Rebelz players will be given precedence but MUST register before 21st December 2026 to have a place guaranteed.
Registering after 21st December 2026 may mean places being taken by new players wanting to register with our club prior to the cut off date.
Players will be allocated in a team according to; age/DOB & will be in ONE team only.
Playing up in multiple teams is by request and the player will be required to pay an additional fee of $300.00 to cover the teams costs.
Team placement is done in consultation with coaches and tryout assessment to ensure players’/teams’ best interests are met – friendship group & skill mix considered where possible.

Players who are eligible will be able to access a $200 voucher from the Victorian Government to help with fees for the coming season!
To be eligible for a $200 voucher your child/dependant must be:
• Aged 0 to 18 years
• An Australian resident in Victoria
• Named on a valid Australian Government Health Care Card
• Named on a valid AustralianPensioner Concession Card
• Named on a valid Australian Government Medicare Card.
You can apply for more than one voucher if you have more than one eligible child. You can apply for multiple children on the one application.
You need to select Basketball Victoria (2951096) as the provider.
You then get a Get Active Kids Victoria (GAKV) voucher code.
When you go to register your player via the usual registration PlayHQ process, enter the code in the Government vouchers space (hit Apply) to reduce the fees owing by $200.
If you want to use a payment plan AS WELL as the GAKV voucher, you will need to select the correct payment plan via the Debit Success link on the Mill Park Rebelz website, Club Registration tab.
Another voucher code will be emailed to you when a Payment Plan has been set up.

Does the club Handle Registrations?
Registration is no longer handled by Rebelz Basketball Club and MUST be performed by a parent, guardian or player over 18 years of age.
Do I need a Play HQ Licence?
You will need an active Play HQ licence for your player.
Play HQ licences cost $34 for Juniors and $48 for Seniors for 365 days and allows a player to join with any basketball club or league in Victoria.
Licence fee is applied when a player is registered into a club and playing in a season.
When can I Register a player/s?
Registrations for the Diamond Valley Junior Basketball Autumn Season will be open till 21st December 2026. Contact the club if you are registering late. communications@millparkrebelz.com.au
