Registration to the DVBA Spring Season 2024
DVBA Spring Season Junior Registration
All registrations to Mill Park Rebelz Basketball Club MUST be done via the Play HQ Spring Season Junior Registration Form.

Current Mill Park Rebelz players will be given precedence but MUST register before 1st JULY 2024 to have a place guaranteed and to take advantage of the early bird $295 registration fee offer.
Registering after this date may mean places being taken by new players wanting to register with our club plus the full fee amount of $345.00.
VOUCHER REQUIRED FOR CURRENT WCBA TEAMS
For teams currently in the WCBA competition, your team manager will provide you with a voucher to register into the DVBA Spring Season at no additional cost.
If your child has been placed into a team that registered in the WCBA season but played last season in DVBA, then you’ll need to pay either the early bird fee prior to 1st July or full fee after the 1st of July.
If your child has ended up in a team that played in DVBA last season then please request a registration voucher to complete your registration into the DVBA Spring Season. please email registrations@millparkrebelz.com.au to acquire your voucher number. Please provide Team Name and Players Name and Number to verify your details.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
A discount of $50 is available to all players who are registered before
1st JULY 2024.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
A sibling discount will apply for the coming season.
First child – Discount or full fee
Second child – $30 discount
Third and all subsequent children – $60 discount
(Early bird discount and sibling discount can be applied together).
Early Bird Fee $295 then after 1st July 2024 = Full fee $345

Players who are eligible will be able to access a $200 voucher from the Victorian Government to help with fees for the coming season!
To be eligible for a $200 voucher your child/dependant must be:
• Aged 0 to 18 years
• An Australian resident in Victoria
• Named on a valid Australian Government Health Care Card
• Named on a valid AustralianPensioner Concession Card
• Named on a valid Australian Government Medicare Card.
You can apply for more than one voucher if you have more than one eligible child. You can apply for multiple children on the one application.
You need to select Basketball Victoria (2951096) as the provider.
You then get a Get Active Kids Victoria (GAKV) voucher code.
When you go to register your player via the usual registration PlayHQ process, enter the code in the Government vouchers space (hit Apply) to reduce the fees owing by $200.
If you want to use a payment plan AS WELL as the GAKV voucher, you will need to select the correct payment plan via the Debit Success link on the Mill Park Rebelz website, Club Registration tab.
Another voucher code will be emailed to you when a Payment Plan has been set up.

Does the club Handle Registrations?
Registration is no longer handled by Rebelz Basketball Club and MUST be performed by a parent, guardian or player over 18 years of age.
Do I need a Play HQ Licence?
You will need an active Play HQ licence for your player.
Play HQ licences cost $29 for Juniors and $43 for Seniors for 365 days and allows a player to join with any basketball club or league in Victoria.
Licence fee is applied when a player is registered into a club and playing in a season.
When can I Register a player/s?
