Good evening Everyone,
Please be advised that fixtures for this Saturday’s games are now available on PlayHQ – https://www.playhq.com/basketball-victoria/org/mill-park-rebelz-basketball-club/8301bdb9
A few things I would like to make everyone aware of are some changes I have had to make in order to have all teams play the first 3 rounds. This is due to ongoing Covid related issues, the renovations at Mill Park stadium which has resulted in temporary loss of Court 1 and also issues relating to availability of referees.
We have a new venue with 1 court at Edgars Creek Primary School in Wollert. (45 Macedon Parade, Wollert)
We have had to extend time slots mainly in Mill Park in which last games are being played at 7:05pm.
We do not have Marymede courts available for this Saturday only.
All our venues being used DO NOT require mandatory proof of vaccinations (until Feb 5th but subject to change).
Due to the shortage of referees at present please be aware that game fixtures may only have 1 referee but have not confirmed numbers as yet.
We are still asking that we abide by the no spectator rule due to capacity limits so 1 person per player is advised so please notify parents/guardians of this.
Face masks MUST be worn except when playing or coaching etc.
I understand fixtures may not be the same as what everyone has been accustomed to in the past but unfortunately in trying times it’s much more difficult to honour every team’s requests although we will accommodate wherever possible.
I would also like to express my gratitude for all your patience with me as a newbie to all of this and a special thank you to everyone that has assisted me when called upon. I really do appreciate it.

Calling out for anyone who would kindly like to put their hand up to volunteer for grading to please email me separately regarding this as we are needing this for the next 4 games in all age groups please ?
